Site Manager

Our client, a leader in facilities management and corporate real estate services, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting the Regional Manager and the Corporate Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: West Union, SC

Pay Range: $40 - $43

What's the Job?

• Serve as the single point of contact for facilities management, ensuring seamless service delivery and tenant satisfaction.
• Assist in implementing short and long-term projects aligned with client objectives.
• Develop and oversee budgets, including capital and expense planning, and monitor variances regularly.
• Coordinate vendor performance, supervise maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support reporting requirements through accurate and timely documentation of operational metrics.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 6 years of industry experience in corporate facilities management, third-party service provision, or consulting.
• Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations, overseeing both technical and administrative staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems.
• Experience supervising vendor performance during normal and off-hours, including weekends when necessary.
