Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Insight Global is partnering with a Bank who is searching for a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to join their organization. This position can sit remotely in SC, NC, FL, OH, KY, TN. This individual will be helping spearhead the implementation of ServiceNow into our clients environment to help guide the strategy and direction of the implementation, as well as hands-on development and customizations. Design, develop, deploy, and support custom applications, integrations, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver and support business solutions. Create and refine prototypes for user testing and feedback analysis. Review and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides. Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve defects or issues. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and defects. Ensure compliance with company policies, technical and security standards, and recommend ServiceNow platform governance. Mentor other developers, assist in code reviews, and oversee deployments. Contribute to the evolution of standards and best practices. Ensure uptime and stability of the ServiceNow platform. Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks. Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards. Other duties as assigned.
