As a new Team member at Close the Loop, you will be trained to:

• Operate a variety of size reducing equipment such as Granulators, Shedders and Mixers
• Assisting in Water System Maintenance
• Sorting Various Materials & Quality Inspections on Intake Feeds
• Utilizing a hand truck, conveying equipment, and/or other handling equipment to move materials and finished product
• Assisting in daily housecleaning activities to ensure your work environment is clean, orderly, and free of slip/trip hazards
• Work in other departments if needed
• Communicate throughout all levels of the Company
• Read and understand policies, procedures, and training materials
• Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following necessary safety procedures

As a new Team member, you will be:

• Focused on teamwork
• Flexible and willing to cross train
• Capable of standing for extended periods of time
• Capable of passing a background check and drug test
• Able to lift 20+ pounds
