Atrium Attendant

The primary responsibility of an Atrium Attendant is to reset tables quickly and professionally to ensure the cleanliness of the assigned area and its perimeters. Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. Essential Functions

• Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
• Completing opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain buffet inventory and ensure it stays fully stocked and clean at all times.
• Pass food from buffet throughout space to guests in the area.
• Clear food and beverages with the ability to carry multiple plates at a time.
• Check on customer satisfaction and refer information to servers, hostess or manager.
• Restock supplies, such as beverages, napkin containers, utensils, condiments, etc.
• Cleaning and clearing of spills quickly to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards guests, coworkers, and management.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
• Ability to attain the required food safety certifications prior to working events.
• Must be able to converse with the customer in a clear and professional manner.
• Maintain a neat, clean, professional image.

Compensation

Competitive salary of $16 per hour plus gratuity.

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Exposure to loud noises (i.e., fireworks, voices, and audio systems), flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold.
• Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 50 lbs.
