Day shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with previous charge experience in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will be prepared to work with a generalized population and diverse diagnoses, providing high-quality patient care to adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. This role requires a strong foundation in assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation therapies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Ensure safety and compliance with all healthcare regulations

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid California RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a small hospital setting, serving rural populations
