This role includes full project lifecycle involvement - from concept design through construction support - and offers strong growth and leadership opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform traction power & electrical system designPrepare electrical scopes of work & cost proposalsDevelop drawings, schematics, layouts & specificationsPerform system calculations, modeling & analysisSelect electrical equipment & coordinate with manufacturersPrepare construction cost estimates & schedulesSupport construction including review of submittals & RFIs Attend site visits during design & construction phaseParticipate in factory & site acceptance testing (FAT / SAT)Coordinate with utility companies & regulatory agenciesMentor and guide junior engineersPresent technical solutions to clients & leadershipRequired QualificationsBachelor 's Degree in Electrical EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) License – Required10+ years of electrical design experienceStrong experience in:Power distribution systemsSubstations & switchgearTraction power systemsGrounding, lighting & low-voltage systemsExpert knowledge of NEC, NESC, NFPA, IEEE & UL codesSoftware experience:AutoCADRevitOpenBuildingDesignerOpenRoadDesignerCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $140,000 – $200,000 annuallyBenefits Include: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Performance-Based Bonuses Professional Development & Licensing Support Wellness Perk: gym membership reimbursement Equal Opportunity EmployerGarg is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
