Physical Therapist - Full Time

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. Minimum Requirements:

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T. in Physical Therapy from an accredited program offering training in this specialty, plus a supervised clinical internship.
• Active Illinois license and registration, or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure examination.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license if home health or hospice duties are assigned.
• No previous experience required; new graduates are eligible.
