Financial Operations Analyst (Insurance Services) Cohoes, NY (Onsite) – no relocation assistance $54-60K/year Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to launch or grow your career in financial services? We're partnering with a globally recognized financial institution to hire a Financial Operations Analyst supporting insurance and financial planning operations. In this role, you'll work behind the scenes to ensure the accurate processing of insurance-related transactions, collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners, and help deliver an exceptional client experience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a fast-paced financial environment while building valuable operations and client service skills. What You'll Do: Process and review insurance-related applications and transactions Coordinate with external insurance providers to ensure timely implementation Perform quality reviews and maintain accurate records across multiple systems Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support daily operations Assist with special projects while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree required Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Previous operations, financial services, insurance, or administrative experience is a plus This position offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with a leading financial services organization while building a long‑term career in operations and client services.
