Position Overview

We are seeking Insurance Agents who are ready to operate at a high level in a 1099, performance-driven environment .

This role is designed for people who:

• Want greater control over their income and schedule

• Are looking to build a long-term book of business

• Want to do work that matters

You will operate as an independent advisor , guiding clients through health and financial protection strategies.

What You’ll Do

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

• Generate and manage your own pipeline (referrals, networking, outbound, etc.)

• Build long-term relationships with individuals and families

• Position yourself as a trusted advisor , not just a salesperson

Book of Business Development

• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients

• Drive renewals, referrals, and long-term retention

• Build a residual, scalable income stream

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required

• Active license preferred (Health/Life), or ability & willingness to obtain a license quickly

• Strong closing ability and objection handling

• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-discipline

• Professional, consultative communication style

Compensation & Earnings

• 100% Commission-Based (1099)
