Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Provides immediate supervision to non-exempt employees. Assigns tasks and monitors work. Maintains schedules and workflow of the team. Collaborates internally with subordinates and supervisors at equivalent or slightly higher levels. COMPLEXITY - Works on issues that are process-driven and of limited scope. Directs daily operations of a section and provides assistance to subordinates as needed. Actively participates in daily operations when necessary to meet critical schedules. IMPACT - Responsible for managing and coordinating the efforts of their team, ensuring efficient workflow, providing guidance and support, and achieving collective goals. Decisions are long-lasting and impact the organization. Engages with senior personnel on significant matters. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
