Responsibilities Bussers remove tableware between courses and clear and reset tables after guests leave. Bussers take used silverware, dishes, and glassware to their appropriate stations for washing and restock appropriate areas. Bussers respond to guest requests and communicate with the servers and hosts as needed to ensure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service. Qualifications Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others Exceptional customer service skills Restaurant experience not required Physical Requirements Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours). Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds.
