Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 No Relocation.
Openings: 2 First Shift | 1 Third Shift
We are seeking Process Engineers to support a growing manufacturing operation focused on data center infrastructure and cabinet production. This is a hands-on role where you'll spend the majority of your time on the production floor working closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot production and equipment-related issues
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams
- Support implementation of new equipment and manufacturing technologies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
What We're Looking For
- Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience
- Self-starter who enjoys working on the shop floor and solving problems
- Experience in manufacturing environments involving fabrication, welding, lasers, automation, robotics, or similar processes
- Degree preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience will be considered
- Open to both early-career engineers and more senior candidates
