ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Now in my 14th year as a State Farm agent, I came into agency life after 11 years in finance, bringing with me a strong foundation in customer service, financial guidance, and relationship-building. Our agency has been fortunate to earn multiple State Farm awards and achievements, but we're just getting started! Our team has grown to 15 members and continues to expand as we serve our community with care and consistency.

I’m a proud UCLA graduate, and outside of work I'm a car enthusiast, an outdoors lover, and a passionate sports fan. Community support is a core part of who we are—we actively contribute to annual toy drives and partner with organizations like the Ronald McDonald Charity to support children and families battling cancer.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Stan Tolesnikov - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
