Our care teams provide one-on-one care, in clients' homes working with individuals requiring tracheostomy/ventilator care and supervision. This assignment requires providing care days, evenings, and possibly some overnights. Our goal is to decrease depression and mitigate cognitive impairment with specialized care plans developed by our Registered Nurses while keeping our patients safe and comfortable in their own homes.
