Facilities Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance activities, and financial performance of multiple Siemens manufacturing facilities. This individual will manage budgets, accruals, forecasting, variance reporting, and provide weekly and monthly financial updates to leadership while ensuring operational goals are met. The Facilities Manager will oversee building engineering and maintenance personnel, prioritize work through a CMMS, and maintain strong communication with both clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a self-driven facilities professional who can independently manage site issues, develop solutions, and ensure efficient operations with minimal direction.

Skills and Requirements

5-7 years of Facilities Management experience within a commercial environment, preferably manufacturing

Experience managing multiple sites at once, handling monthly budgets, accruals, forecasting, variance reporting, and financial reporting

Experience creating preventative maintenance programs and utilizing a CMMS to manage and prioritize work orders

Experience managing teams of 2+ engineering / maintenance staff

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and business unit stakeholders. Experience with Yardi for POs, invoices, and financial tracking.
