• Strong financial analysis skills
• Experience maintaining risk ratings and portfolio credit data

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or related field
• Experience underwriting transactions > $1MM
• Experience underwriting across multiple industries (construction, transportation, industrial, manufacturing, office tech, healthcare, technology)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience collaborating with internal/external business partners

Job Summary

In this contingent resource assignment, the Finance professional will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and largescale planning for Finance. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing multifaceted, longterm financial challenges requiring indepth evaluation of multiple factors, contributing to the resolution of complex situations, and ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Strategic collaboration with client personnel is essential.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.

DaytoDay Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in underwriting moderately complex commercial/business loan and lease requests

• Conduct indepth research and evaluation of creditworthiness

• Perform periodic reviews on assigned portfolio credits

• Maintain risk ratings and update systems of record

• Approve loans/leases within delegated authority; recommend those above authority

• Collaborate with underwriting peers, colleagues, and middlelevel managers

• Work with internal and external partners to gather information for underwriting decisions

• Support business objectives through accurate, timely underwriting and documentation
