Sr Healthcare Analyst

Job Description The Senior Health Care Analyst is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, implementing, and leading department assignments. This position operates within broad objectives to ensure optimum utilization of Client and budget. This role is responsible for research, compilation, and analyzing appropriate and relevant data and makes recommendations for operational improvements. Provides audit and analytics support to Medicare pharmacy services business team. Builds and supports business reports to be included in executive dashboard. Gathers requirements for part D dashboard and implements the dashboard on SharePoint platform. Leads in the research, analysis, identification, and evaluation of data from assigned problems to evaluate existing and potential trends and issues. Required Skills Strong working knowledge of data languages such as SAS and SQL to create business reports and dashboards Working with large data sources and analyzing pharmacy data Analytical business experience in using Medicare pharmacy data Ability to design and develop SharePoint site and operational reporting using SAS data sources. Knowledge of PBM systems and tools. Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, verbal, and written skills to communicate complex ideas. Excellent knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.). Ability to use AI tools for data analytics and reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
