I am a homeowner in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, looking to hire a calm, thoughtful, compassionate and skilled housekeeper-home assistant for a 2-3 week "cleaning organizing reset" project. l am about to start a training program that will consume my time. The longer term goal is to then hire someone for ongoing weekly support. The role includes cleaning various areas of the house, with a focus on several key tasks. Housekeeping: Areas for General/Standard cleaning/tidying of

1. Bathroom
2. Bedrooms

1 Living room 1 Dining room 1 kitchen (washing dirty dishes, if any, putting away dried dishes, de-clutter/organizing cabinets) Laundry (putting away laundry/organizing drawers) Sweeping/Mopping Home-assistance: Paperwork organizing, declutter/shredding Creating donation bags (clothing, appliances, household items) Pay: $8.25/hr OR a $200 salary for this project (this allows more flexible hours for your schedule). Project days: Tues 5/19, 5/26, Thurs 5/21, 5/28 Fri 5/22, 5/29 Minimum Hours: 2hrs/project day (can be split as 2hrs one day, 4 hrs another day, etc). Start/End Times: 9-3p (Hours are flexible within this window)

• ** Goal: By 5/31, the project is accomplished, and l can then start a maintenance schedule for myself or hire a long term assistant.
• ** Salary Clarification: Whether you take a total of 12 or 24 hours in total over the project date, once the project goals are accomplished that's the pay***
