Pharmacist In Charge (PIC)
Full Time Permanent - Direct Hire

Fort Worth, TX

Work Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri; every other Sat off; Wed & Sun closed

Store Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–6 PM, Sat 8:30 AM–1 PM
Base Pay: $60–$62 per hour plus benefits

Role Overview

Currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pharmacist In Charge who is passionate about community service, patient engagement, and clinical excellence . This role is ideal for someone who values patient outcomes over purely compensation-driven work .

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescriptions in a timely manner
• Provide drug information to patients and healthcare professionals
• Ensure patient safety through effective medication management
• Conduct visual verification of prescriptions for accuracy
• Deliver patient counseling and clinical support
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required
• Immunization certification (mandatory)
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Experience in prescription processing and pharmacy operations
• Business acumen and operational understanding
• Preferred: 2–3 years of management experience
• Open to recent pharmacy graduates
