Assistant Civil Engineer

THIS POSITION

We are looking for an Assistant Engineer to join our growing team! As an Assistant Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting a team of technical professionals in the research, planning and design of infrastructure projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct research and gather relevant information for project planning and design
Prepare construction documents including drawings, details, quantities and technical specifications
Perform quality control tasks to ensure deliverables satisfy scope and technical requirements
Communicate with clients and agencies
Participate in site visits to ensure conformance with design standards

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree (or in process) in an engineering discipline or related field
Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification preferred
Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and other relevant software
