LEASING CONSULTANT

Aurora, IL | ️ Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 9:00am–6:00pm & Saturday from 9:00am-5:00pm.

| Up to $19/Hour DOE

Are you an experienced Leasing Consultant with a background in market rate properties ? We’re looking for a professional, organized, and resident-focused Leasing Consultant to join an apartment community in Aurora, IL (60504) .

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist prospective residents with the leasing process
• Conduct property tours and explain available apartment homes
• Process applications and complete leasing paperwork
• Resident relations; Respond to resident questions and requests
• Maintain accurate resident files and documentation
• General office duties
• Coordinate appointments, move-ins, and move-outs
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Assist with general office and property management duties

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required experience:

• Previous Leasing Consultant or Property Management experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with computers and property management software

PAY & SCHEDULE

Pay: Up to $19/hour , depending on experience
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 9:00am–6:00pm & Saturday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
