Progressive Care RN

Registered Nurse Progressive Care at Wesley Medical Center delivers advanced bedside care to acutely ill patients requiring close monitoring in a fast-paced progressive/step-down unit. The RN performs comprehensive assessments, manages complex medication and treatment plans, interprets cardiac and hemodynamic data, and responds rapidly to changes in condition. Working within a collaborative, team-focused culture, this role partners with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
