Business Development Representative

We’re searching for an enthusiastic professional for our next sales development representative who is ready to prospect new customers to help support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential customer prospects into qualified leads. We need someone who can use social media to find prospects and start building relationships with them. Our ideal candidate has previously worked in an outbound sales role, is an excellent dealmaker, and loves talking to people on the phone and in person. Responsibilities Prospect leads by calling, texting, emailing, and meeting at events. Locate and generate lucrative sales leads for our company’s salesforce to pursue and ultimately close. Develop social media strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social networks. Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events. Collaborate with sales management to achieve objectives and enhance performance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Organized, detail‑oriented self‑starter who loves contributing to team goals. Enjoy talking and meeting with prospects, presenting, closing deals, and asking for referrals. Previous customer service experience highly desired. Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software preferred. Compensation $60,000 per year + incentives #J-18808-Ljbffr
