Data/Business AnalystThis Analyst will join a small, agile team consisting of leadership and 3 analysts responsible for the end-to-end Serviceability lifecycle process. The role will focus on analyzing location serviceability data to identify root causes, resolve escalations, and improve business processes through data-driven insights.Responsibilities include 50% serviceability escalation research, 25% testing, and 25% requirements documentation, utilizing SQL, MicroStrategy, and advanced Excel skills, including complex, multi-layered pivot table analysis. The analyst will perform deep-dive process investigations to determine why specific addresses are not serviceable, identify patterns and trends within large datasets, and translate findings into actionable business requirements for new features and enhancements. This includes helping define the logic used by internal tools that determine serviceability outcomes for customers and agents. The ideal candidate is inquisitive, analytical, process-oriented, detail-focused, and possesses strong written communication skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data, document requirements clearly, and adapt quickly to evolving business priorities within a collaborative and highly empowered team environment.
