Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse

$2,500 Total Sign-On Bonus, Paid in Quarterly Installments

As a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical care to our patients and residents at RegalCare at Blackstone Valley in Northbridge, Massachusetts. About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse , you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional patient care in a comfortable and home-like setting

  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Monitoring patient conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

  • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
