As a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical care to our patients and residents at RegalCare at Blackstone Valley in Northbridge, Massachusetts. About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse , you will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional patient care in a comfortable and home-like setting
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitoring patient conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
