Project Manager

*Job Description - Enterprise Program / Project Manager* This position is responsible for leading *end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives* within a dynamic financial services environment. The role requires a highly independent program/project leader who can drive execution, improve operational processes, and partner effectively with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead *end-to-end delivery* of enterprise projects from initiation through execution and close-out, ensuring alignment to business objectives and timelines
* Manage *multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and issues*, driving projects to successful completion
* Drive *operational process improvements* to increase efficiency, scalability, and overall performance
* Strengthen the *control environment* through disciplined governance, risk management, and adherence to best practices
* Facilitate *executive-level discussions* to clarify priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, and determine actionable next steps
* Develop and present *executive-level communications*, including status updates, dashboards, and decision materials (PowerPoint/Excel)
* Partner with *business, technology, and operations leaders* to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful delivery outcomes
* Ensure delivery of a *high-quality customer experience*, focused on transparency, reliability, and measurable value
*Required Qualifications*
* Proven experience leading *enterprise-scale programs/projects* with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
* Demonstrated success in *cross-functional stakeholder management and influence without authority*
* *Experience delivering technical or data-related initiatives* (data management experience a plus)
* Advanced proficiency in *PowerPoint and Excel*, including building executive-level materials and reporting
* Exceptional *communication and presentation skills*, with comfort engaging leadership
* Strong *analytical and problem-solving skills*, with the ability to develop practical, scalable solutions
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience in *financial services or regulated environments*
* *Experience with operational excellence, governance, risk, or controls management*
* *Familiarity with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies*
* *Experience in customer-facing or relationship-driven environments*
*Work Environment*
* On-site role in *Fort Mill, SC*
* Collaborative team environment with a group of *~7 internal Program/Project Managers*
* *Strong internal support, training, and opportunity for growth within a fast-paced organization*


*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
