Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist
Guidehouse-Inc.
Guidehouse is seeking a CDI Specialist to perform comprehensive chart reviews and enhance documentation quality for accurate coding. You will collaborate with coders, clinicians, and managers to ensure CMS compliance and proper severity and risk of mortality reflection. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of inpatient patient care, and 2+ years CDI experience, with EHR and CDI software proficiency.
