Cytology Lab Manager - Lead Operations & Quality

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Cytology Lab Manager within the Surgical Pathology Division. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality cytology services while managing HR, budgets, and compliance with CAP accreditation requirements. You will train cytotechnologists, oversee lab statistics, and participate in succession planning.
