Account Executive

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking experienced, driven leaders to join our MDU Sales team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will implement sales strategies and negotiate contracts to provide services to residential multiple dwelling unit (MDU) properties, maximizing product and service penetration while generating new revenue.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Secure ROEs and Bulk Service Agreements at multi-family properties/communities
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives by acquiring new business and renewing agreements with existing MDU accounts
• Maintain and update CRM with the current status of each lead and opportunity
• Prospect building owners, property managers, and developers to build strong partnerships
• Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and partner relationships
• Conduct presentations and attend meetings/events to maintain visibility and build relationships
• Communicate progress and results through Salesforce by maintaining accurate activity records
• Negotiate and manage contracts, including renewals and new agreements; review documentation for accuracy
• Manage assigned territory to ensure consistent outreach to customers
• Follow up on all leads, inquiries, and requests in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION:

• BA or BBA in Management, Finance, Real Estate, or related field, or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications and/or multifamily housing/property management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present and negotiate effectively
• Ability to interact with all levels, from executives to leasing agents and end-users
• Demonstrated professionalism and positive representation of the organization
• High level of initiative with the ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Self-starter who thrives in a team environment
• Willingness to work occasional weekends
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency with Chrome, G Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
