Role Description The Transload Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Monahans, TX. This role oversees day-to-day transloading operations, including coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring product movements and inventory, and ensuring safe, efficient handling of chemicals and related materials. The specialist works closely with logistics and field services to align inventory levels with customer demands. Responsibilities include operating and inspecting transload equipment, maintaining accurate documentation, enforcing safety and environmental standards, and supporting continuous improvement in operational processes. The role may also involve assisting with basic quality checks, communicating status updates to internal and external stakeholders, and providing on-site support for customer and vendor interactions. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to monitor operations, interpret data, and support problem-solving in transload and logistics activities. Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and customers, and to document operational status clearly. Skills to oversee daily transload workflows, manage inventory movements, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in oilfield or industrial logistics, familiarity with chemical handling and safety protocols, and proficiency with basic computer and inventory systems. Ability to work on-site in Monahans, TX, lift and move materials as required, follow safety regulations, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
