We believe in promoting a culture of excellence that empowers, engages, and connects people.The Maintenance Supervisor leads shift-level maintenance operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable execution of maintenance activities. This role is responsible for directing technicians, managing daily priorities, and ensuring consistency in maintenance practices, training, and communication across shifts.What will your day look like?Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities across assigned shiftSet priorities for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance workSupervise, coach, and develop maintenance techniciansEnsure PM completion, schedule adherence, and work qualityPartner with Operations to align maintenance priorities with production needsMonitor downtime and drive rapid response to equipment issuesEnsure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standardsFacilitate effective shift handoffs and communication across teamsReinforce training standards and ensure technicians are qualified and preparedSupport root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiativesOther duties as assigned by managementWhat will you bring to the table?Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred5–10+ years of maintenance experienceDemonstrated leadership capability through prior experience or technical leadership roles (e.g., Lead Maintenance Technician)Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees in a team environment preferredStrong knowledge of maintenance systems, CMMS, and reliability practicesAbility to lead teams, set priorities, and hold accountability for performanceStrong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage shift-level operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPhysical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stoop, reach, bend, stand, lift, pull, push, grasp, talk, hear, see, and lift to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Near vision sufficient to clearly see electronic displays/monitor, and distance vision sufficient to recognize people in parking lots, warehouse areas, and other large spaces.
