Senior Electrical Project ManagerRing & DuChateau LLP is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our growing Electrical team. Our Electrical teams work across a variety of healthcare, commercial, educational, institutional, municipal, and industrial projects. We value collaboration, technical excellence, practical problem solving, strong client relationships, and successful project delivery.What You'll DoLead complex electrical engineering projects from planning through construction completionManage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing coordination, and overall project executionServe as the primary client contact while maintaining strong relationships and communication throughout project deliveryProvide technical leadership, quality oversight, and interdisciplinary coordination across project teamsOversee construction documents, RFIs, shop drawings, change bulletins, and construction administration activitiesSupport business development efforts including proposals, interviews, networking, and client developmentMonitor project financial performance, budgeting, billing, forecasting, and profitabilityMentor Engineers, Designers, BIM staff, and Project Managers while supporting team developmentCollaborate with Department Managers and Group Leaders to support communication, staffing coordination, and department initiativesAssist with operational improvements, technical standards, and strategic planning initiativesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field15+ years of electrical engineering consulting experience preferredProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredStrong experience leading healthcare, commercial, educational, institutional, municipal, or industrial projectsStrong understanding of project management, budgeting, scheduling, and client relationship managementExperience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, leadership, organization, and business development skillsAbility to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and support successful project deliveryWhy Join Ring & DuChateauEmployee-focused and collaborative cultureDiverse and technically engaging project workLeadership, mentorship, and career growth opportunitiesProfessional development and continuing education supportLong-term career opportunities within a growing firm
