Time Type Part time Department Dental All Locations 20 Maverick Square – Cradock Building Position Summary Part time general dentist will provide dental services and care to a panel of patients on Wednesdays and Saturdays with a focus on the diagnosis and treatment of dental problems and upkeep of dental health. Responsibilities Conduct dental examinations Administer anesthetics and treat infections and diseases of the teeth, jaws, and gums Perform tooth extractions and fill cavities Instruct dental hygienists and assistants Perform prophylactic cleanings and educate patients on proper dental care and hygiene Supervise dental residents and students Requirements Requirements include a D.M.D. or D.D.S. degree from an accredited program and Board Certification in Dentistry with a minimum of one year of practical experience. Full license to practice dentistry in MA is required. Benefits As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) you have the opportunity to apply for loan forgiveness through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC).
