Technical Writer - SOP Development & Documentation Specialist We’re seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to support the creation of clear, consistent, and user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a public sector client. This role will translate complex workflows and operational processes into structured, accessible documentation, ensuring consistency across all departments. Key Responsibilities Develop clear, standardized SOPs and operational documentation based on process maps and stakeholder input Ensure consistency in format, language, and structure across all documentation Collaborate with project teams to accurately capture and translate workflows into user-friendly content Review and edit materials for clarity, accuracy, and usability Create supporting documentation, including job aids, templates, and training materials Incorporate feedback and update documentation to reflect evolving requirements Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field Minimum 5+ years of technical writing or documentation experience Experience developing SOPs, policies, or operational documentation Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content Experience supporting government or public sector clients Familiarity with process documentation and workflow-based environments Experience using tools such as Microsoft Word, SharePoint, or documentation platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
