ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Prepares project reports, presentations, documentation, or other related materials. Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project team members. Helps coordinate resources, equipment, and information needed for project activities. Maintains project files and records, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible. Drafts and distributes project-related correspondence, emails, and memos. Tracks project progress and updates project schedules and timelines. Collects and compiles data for project analysis and reporting. Creates spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to support project tracking and reporting. Assists in monitoring project budgets and expenditures. May coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project delivery. Other duties as assigned.
