Sales Representative

We are hiring a Sales Representative to build out our Nashville territory. This is a role for someone who leads with curiosity and care, builds genuine connections, and gets real satisfaction from helping clients find a solution that actually works for them.

The Role

You will own a growing Nashville territory from day one. That means picking up the phone, showing up at the right events, and sitting down face to face with the people who can become long term partners. You are just as comfortable nurturing an account you have known for years as you are opening a door that has never been knocked on before.

This is a role built on relationships, not scripts. You bring the instinct for people, and we back you with the tools and the team to turn that instinct into results.

What You Will Do

• Build and grow client relationships through calls, networking, and in person meetings
• Develop new partnerships while maintaining and expanding the accounts you already have
• Work closely with your team to deliver a seamless experience for every client
• Stay organized and consistent, tracking your activity and pipeline through the CRM
• Partner with internal teams so every process runs smooth and accurate from start to finish

What It Takes

• At least two years of sales experience, ideally in outside or field sales
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of connecting with people
• A detail oriented mindset with real follow through and organizational habits
• Comfort juggling multiple priorities without losing structure or care
• A bachelor's degree and background in staffing or industrial sales are a plus

Territory & Opportunity

Nashville is one of the fastest growing markets in the country, with opportunity stretched across healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and beyond. You will be stepping into a territory with real room to run, backed by a company that is growing right alongside it.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting base salary of $60,000 to $65,000, plus commission that rewards steady, relationship driven growth. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
