Start with heart.The Investment Services Assistant serves in a dual capacity, supporting both Pentucket Bank and Osaic. Performs functions in the support of sales and service of prospective and current customers with the objectives of excellent client service, strong compliance with regulatory standards, and program profitability. Serves clients directly to accommodate client's needs, financial goals, and objectives. Provides the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and employees.Independently prepares and reviews all new account paperwork for accuracy and completeness, of information.Maintains and updates prospect and customer profile information with precision and attention to detail.Completes routine maintenance, service requests, account servicing, and transactional requests efficiently and accurately.Executes customer communication strategies including mailings, digital correspondence, and events, ensuring timely and professional delivery.Coordinates branch and employee training and activity programs.Follows all established audit and compliance procedures.Refers sales opportunities to other departments or bank affiliates in support of established objectives.
