Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Maryland

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Rotating shifts with on-call requirements (typically 16-20 hours per 6-week schedule). Alternative option to pick up one extra weekend shift and one extra weekday shift instead of call. Weekend and holiday coverage expected.

Highlights:

• LDRP model with rotation through Labor, Triage, Mother Baby, and Postpartum care
• Labor patient ratio: 1-2 patients; Postpartum couplet care: 3-4 couplets
• Epic EMR system required
• 32-bed unit with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• 12-hour orientation provided
• OB surgical recovery (C-section) experience highly preferred

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of LDRP or related Labor & Delivery experience required
• Active RN license in good standing
• Epic charting system experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, NRP, AWHONN (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced), FHM (NCC also accepted)
• Previous charge experience preferred
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (no exemptions)
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius (local candidates not accepted)
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
