Décor Associate

POSITION – Décor Associate

JOB LOCATION – Fond du Lac, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Regular

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) –1st

STARTING PAY –$20 to $26 based on exp

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Must have prior woodworking experience

Responsibilities

- Cutting, fabrication and prepping wood products

- Producing and assembly of half walls top cap decor, multi layer decor, art elements

- Use of table saw, pin nailers, routers, drills and cut-off saws as needed for projects

- Sand and prep surfaces for paint and/or staining

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Ability to use a tape measure and to apply measurements to processes

- Show initiative and demonstrated ability to accurately complete assigned tasks

- Ability to operate hand tools such as sanders, hand drills, miter saw, skill saw, various drills, buffer, utility knife, etc

- Ability to read basic shop drawings
