United Dental Partners

United Dental Partners is seeking a full-time General Dentist for our practice, located in Chicago. The opportunity includes generous base salary, sign-on bonus, plus adjusted production bonus and robust benefits. This practice is a PPO/Medicaid practice.

Requirements

DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
Valid IL state dental license
