Job Title: EP Lab Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Electrophysiology Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 17:00 Experience: Minimum of 1 year, Circulator experience preferred License: Active RN license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT Must-Have: - Proficiency in charting with Epic - Ability to float between units as required Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Electrophysiology Lab. The nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients undergoing various electrophysiological procedures. The expected patient ratio is 1:1. Candidates should possess strong skills in accurate monitoring, central venous access, and cardiology procedures. Experience in neuro procedural settings is preferred. Daily caseload may include a variety of cardiovascular interventions and patient care activities. Candidates should have experience with specific procedures such as pacemaker insertion, catheter placement, and thrombolysis. As part of the role, participation in departmental procedures will be expected. Flexibility to accommodate scheduling needs is required. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a sterile field and patient safety during all procedures. Travelers may be required to float to nearby facilities and are expected to work during holidays. Candidates should have reliable transportation for this assignment.
