What You'll Do

• Conduct patient evaluations to assess physical, neurological, respiratory, cardiovascular, developmental, social, and cognitive functions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Communicate treatment goals and progress to patients, families, and clinical staff.
• Submit and update treatment protocols in coordination with physicians and team members.
• Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapist Assistants, aides, and students.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic interventions, prognosis, and activity modifications.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes following facility standards.

What You Need

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Michigan.
• Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
