Campus Transitions & Career Readiness Coordinator

Concordia University Texas is seeking a Transitions Coordinator to plan, implement, and evaluate programs that shape a student’s experience from orientation to first job. The role collaborates with the Success Center and Student Central to create a seamless journey for new and transfer students.
