Remote Technical Director

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote Technical Director will manage live event productions by operating video switchers and automation systems, ensuring quality control and executing the in-game vision as directed by the Event Show Director. Key responsibilities Operates as Technical Director during live events, executing visual requirements and managing multiple feeds while maintaining communication with production teams Collaborates with the Event Operations team to plan production needs and participates in planning meetings and prep sessions Trains and develops fellow operations staff through various training methods, enhancing technical skills and operational knowledge Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in broadcast or technical operations Strong knowledge of production workflows and operating systems Experience with remote transport and transmission systems High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to lift more than 50lbs and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
