Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a licensed pharmacist with experience in retail and specialty pharmacy settings. The role involves supporting long-term care pharmacy needs at a well-established facility located in Waseca, MN. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review medication orders specific to long-term care patients
• Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy management (MTM)
• Administer immunizations as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Participate in weekend shifts on a rotating basis

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with current credentials
• PharmD preferred or equivalent pharmacy degree
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification preferred
• Experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy environments
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Some weekend shifts required
• 24-40 hours per week
