Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in the California region. The assigned role involves working on the night shift in a dedicated NICU setting. This assignment is for a 13-week period with a minimum guarantee of 36 hours per week, requiring experienced professionals capable of delivering high-quality neonatal care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 2 years of experience working in a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting, and experience in delivery attendance. Candidates without this experience will not be considered. Post-partum experience is a plus but not required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neonatal delivery attendance and familiarity with high-acuity neonatal care settings.
• Additional Information:
  • There will be up to 36 hours of call-off available to the facility at no cost during the course of the assignment.
  • Attention to the requested facility start date is essential; candidates submitting start dates more than two weeks later will be automatically declined.
