What You'll Own

• Lead all accounting and financial operations for our North American business.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and profitability analysis.
• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Partner with executive leadership to guide business strategy through meaningful financial insights.
• Improve systems, reporting, and efficiencies through ERP and Power BI initiatives.
• Oversee accounting, payroll, credit, collections, insurance, audits, and compliance.
• Lead and develop Accounting and IT teams while collaborating with global leadership.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Controller or senior financial leadership experience.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• ERP experience (Navision is a plus).
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, and decision-making abilities.
