Chief Accounting Officer: Global Finance & Compliance Leader

Stryker Orthopaedics

TerraPower, based in Bellevue, WA, is seeking an accomplished Chief Accounting Officer to lead the company's accounting, financial reporting, controllership, and internal controls. The CAO will build a world-class accounting organization to support rapid growth in a highly regulated, capital-intensive business.

The ideal candidate has deep U.S. GAAP expertise, extensive SEC reporting experience, and a track record of leading accounting teams in large public companies or pre-IPO environments.
