This role also involves directing the creation of brand positioning, and program architecture, and spearheading the identification of growth opportunities for the agency. Senior client relationship management is a key aspect, including serving as the principal executive liaison and ensuring a unified delivery experience across various teams. Applicants must have 12 to 15 years' of professional experience, with a focus on managing large, intricate portfolios within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors. The role requires superior skills in strategy, commercial negotiation, and executive communication, as well as a proven track record in influencing senior external stakeholders and managing multimillion-dollar client relationships. The VP, Group Account Director will be accountable for the financial performance of a significant book of business, defining fiscal targets, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
