Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse in a hospital setting will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to patients during scheduled shifts. The role involves supervising staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, supporting the facility's Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining clinical competency, and managing resources effectively.

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: No minimum experience required.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Providing direct patient care in the operating room, supervising staff, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Additional Information: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, coordinating care, and maintaining sterile and safe environment standards throughout procedures. Submission of all required credentials and licensing documentation is necessary for consideration.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
